A lot of things actually. Most importantly the uncomfortable bed with spring sticking out. Having to pay for cleaning the room daily. Payment required for all the facilities that were mentioned in the website.

I truly enjoyed how the hotel looked; it's a lovely place. the staff were very good and kind, always available to assist. the central location made it easy to access the mountain, and it was conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and petrol stations. it was a REALLY COMFORTABLE experience.

The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and helpful which makes you feel instantly at home. The location is handy to Jindabyne town but also in a quiet area with a nice view towards the mountains.

staff were very helpful. before my stay they sorted out hire/lift passes etc. breakfast was great...

the bathroom door didnt open properly as the room was tiny and the bed stopped it from opening.(doesnt matter if staying for short weekend as you are hardly in your room) the shower constantly went hot and cold. very frustrating...
